3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WeddingWords. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account and Data
WeddingWords does not require an account. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WeddingWords only for its intended purpose of creating wedding vows. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The WeddingWords app, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the responses you provide and the vows generated for you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your responses solely for the purpose of generating your vows.
7. AI-Generated Content
The wedding vows generated by WeddingWords are created using artificial intelligence based on your inputs. While we strive to provide high-quality content:
- We do not guarantee that generated content will be perfect or error-free
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing the generated vows
- The final content you use is your responsibility
- Generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
WeddingWords may offer in-app purchases or premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
WeddingWords is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The generated content will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
